Furthering our commitment to the Association we have added a feature to the website that will make life easier for those that use it. Our new Coil Converter & Clip Calculator will allow you to easily convert the square footage of any roof area into coil format to simplify the ordering process and then in the same breath you can calculate exactly how many clips needed based upon panel width & clip spacing. Absolutely amazing! This new feature will require a username and password to access it so submit your request today by clicking here.
Weathertight Warranty (WTW) projects & installers must be approved in advance of bidding to insure the project qualifies for this coverage. Checkout the Association Website under the warranties tab for the latest guidelines on this subject specifically regarding items such as standard procedures for bidding, project approvals, shop drawings and installation requirements for Weathertight Warranties. Other valuable information is also available under that tab such as approved WTW underlayments and sealants as well as warranty request forms.

The 2016 hurricane season started June 1st and runs until November 30th. While last year’s season was relatively uneventful, questions related to the likely strength of a developing El Niño are complicating hurricane forecasts for this year. For better or worse, this year’s predictions could go any number of directions, so even if your business and community have had an extended stretch of good luck, it’s no time to get complacent. Hurricane preparedness is an essential part of planning for every business, every year and we’re standing by to help if you need insights or have questions.
Best advice: BE PREPARED!
